Owner builders have a need for contractor services, whether it be for construction managers, consultants or subcontractors. We are inviting licensed and insured contractors in every residential field to send their information through our Contractor Submission Page, to www.ownerbuilderonline.com for posting on our State by State contractors pages.
We encourage all owner builders to obtain multiple bids from licensed and insured subcontractors for every area of the construction process. It is critical that they conduct their own due diligence for each subcontractor, interviewing and checking references. Listing on this site is by no means an endorsement of a contractor by the www.OwnerBuilderOnline.com or by Bade Web Enterprises, LLC.
Building a significant list of contractors will take a while and for that reason, we are allowing companies to list on our website, free of charge. We will evaluate our status in the future and may eventually apply a small fee for listing. It is our intention to provide an affordable, effective, long term platform for licensed contractors and subcontractors to offer their services to our owner builder visitors.
