It is critical that they conduct their own due diligence for each subcontractor, interviewing and checking references. Listing on this site is by no means an endorsement of a contractor by the website or by Bade Web Enterprises, LLC.
Building a significant list of contractors will take a while and for that reason, we are allowing companies to list on our website, free of charge. We will evaluate our status in the future and may eventually apply a small fee for listing. It is our intention to provide an affordable, effective, long term platform for licensed contractors and subcontractors to offer their services to our owner builder visitors.
